Apple unveils a revamped Siri at the iOS 12 Launch: WWDC 2018!

Apple announced iOS 12 at the WWDC keynote in San Jose. With a ton of features related to the AR Kit and Siri loaded in the previous iteration, Tim Cooks CEO Apple took the expectations of users to the next-level.

And finally, Apple unveiled their iOS 12 at the Worldwide Developer Conference 2018 and it is better than ever before. Along with improvement in performance and software stability, the company added many new features to their software.

Stop scratching your head if you missed the WWDC 2018, here are some of the major highlights of the all-new iOS:


Poeple with 5S or later iPhones need not worry as this time iOS 12 is not leaving any device behind. As per the sources, iOS 12 stable release will be released with the latest iPhone variants in the Fall of this year. Eligible devices are iPhone 5s and later models, all iPad Air and iPad Pro models, iPad 5th generation and later models, iPad 6th generation and later models, iPad mini 2 and later models, and the iPod touch 6th generation.


The main focus of Apple's team was on the performance and system animation upgrades. As told by Apple iOS 12 includes up to 70 percent faster camera load time, while the keyboard will appear up to 50 percent faster and also is more responsive.

All-new Siri

One of the key features of iOS, Siri has also got numerous upgrades including shortcuts. Apple's popular digital assistant is smarter than before, suggesting actions based on factors like time, location, and even your calendar. So, it won't be wrong to say that the capabilities of the all-new Siri are beyond expectation.

AR Kit 2.0

One of the major attractions of the iOS 11, the AR (Augmented Reality) Kit has also been upgraded in the next-gen iOS 12. The software development kit comes with an improved face tracking, realistic rendering, 3D object detection, and persistent experiences.
