A low-budget movie franchise, Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster soon became people's choice with bold dialogue deliveries and powerful performance by Jimmy Shergill, Mahie Gill and Irrfan Khan in the previous installments. However in the third installment, director Tigmanshu Dhulia filed to impress the masses.
Saheb aka Jimmy Shergill is left to rot in the jail and Madhvi aka Mahie Gill becomes the representative of Saheb's political front. Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster 3 begins right from where the second part ended.
Saheb gets out of jail and shows mistrust in Madhvi. Although, Saheb shows hatred towards her but he wants to win everything which he lost. Whereas Madhvi is trying her best to retain her empire which she built with lust and betrayal. Like the previous parts, enters the gangster, Udai aka Sanjay Dutt who looks less royal ad more of a high-profiled goon.
Besides being a rich, villainous being, Udai is also an expert player of Russian roulette which involves shooting self with only one bullet in the chamber. Madhvi gets involved with Udai and persuades him for playing Russian roulette with Saheb aka Jimmy Shergill.
Destiny of these three evil human beings intersects with each other which lead to a number of unfortunate events. The action scenes of this movie are predictable and somewhat not-at-all impressive. Paan Singh Tomar director Tigmanshu Dhulia does a good job during the first half of the movie but the second half may let to boredom.
The movie is the result of poor video-editing and a dull performance by Saajan star Sanjay Dutt. In fact, it won't be wrong to say that Sanjay's character, Udai was not well-written and it suffered due to mediocrity.
Both the previous installments of the movie are rather interesting and relatable but the third part. If you are an avid fan of the series then you must watch this movie. As per the final word, we will give this movie 4 out of 10 stars.
