Everyone is still gushing over how royal Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh looked on their big day in beautiful Sabyasachi’s ensembles. For their Sindhi wedding on November 15th, the couple was twinning in red outfits.
While Deepika opted for a red lehenga and teamed it with an embroidered veil that had gotta patti work on it, Ranveer was seen in a red and gold sherwani paired with a gotta patti lace stole that matched his wife’s.
Padukone's lehenga had the beautiful Sanskrit mantra, ‘Sada Saubhagyavati Bhava’ that roughly translates to ‘may you always stay married’ embroidered on her dupatta. Sharing the same, Sabyasachi took to his official Instagram handle and gave his audience a glimpse of his Revival Project- the craftsmanship that was put together to create Deepika and Ranveer’s Anand Karaj outfits.
From stitching the intricate dabka embroidery to the peacock motifs on the hemline and hand-embroidering ‘Sada Saubhagyavati Bhav’ on the blouse hem and dupatta, the outfits were made with utmost precision and patience.

DP has always been a fan of Sabyasachi's work and it wasn’t a surprise that she chose to wear his creation on her big day.
Last night, the couple hosted their third wedding reception in Mumbai and it witnessed many media and family members!
