Whenever there's a new Aamir Khan movie coming up, it's alright to expect a surprise. The actor not only steals the show with his incredible acting skills but his looks in them are applaudable. Aamir Khan is well known in the industry as Mr. Perfectonist, because he has gone to great lengths to get the right look for his character.
Case in point being, his last film Secret Superstar where he got something new with his hair and clothes, also lost some kilos after Dangal to portray a Bollywood music singer/producer.
Without further delay, here are a few looks from his bouquet of work that got us talking:
Lagaan: Once Upon a Time in India (2001)
Aamir played the role of a villager Bhuvan in this periodical saga. The actor carried off the front-open sleeveless khadi shirt-cum-jacket with dhoti and gamcha. He also pierced his ears to wear earrings for the film. By Aamir’s own confession, he borrowed the earrings from his now wife Kiran Rao, who was an assistant director in the film, because he thought that the silver earrings she was wearing would go well with his overall look.
Mangal Pandey: The Rising (2005)
Thick moustache and long hair, Aamir Khan looked every inch of hotness he really is, while playing the role of Indian soldier, Mangal Pandey. Like always, he took his time to finalise certain things but only because he wanted to aptly portray the pre-independent era.
Rang De Basanti (2006)
The way he spoke and carried himself with messy hair in this fulm suited his Punjabi character, Daljit 'DJ' Singh,a Delhi University student. The actor sported colourful jackets, funky shirts and tees that complemented his character. He even learnt Punjabi for the role.
Okay, Aamir's eight-pack abs became the talk of the town so if you've not watched this action thriller, then what are you doing?
Aamir played a humaniod alien, where he finalised his look on the popping ears and flat hair look. Not to forget his weird expression that matched well with the character.
Aamir Khan is the most amazing actor of our generation. Don't you agree? Let us know in the comments below.
