Brianna Hildebrand, who has appeared in many Hollywood series and films, has taken a big step forward in support of the LGBT community as she is portraying a gay superhero for the first time in the Deadpool franchise.

The members of the LGBT group are praising the character of Brianna as this is the first time that someone is doing such kind of role in movie. The two superheroes of the same sex are in love and protect each other from every obstacle.
When asked about the experience, Brianna said “It feels really good, as a member of the LGBTQ community myself, it feels awesome to be paving that path. When I was younger, I was never really a big fan of superheroes or anything, but going to conventions I realized how important they are to people and how empowering they can be and I think it’s really important to be able to see a version of yourself, or someone you can relate to on the screen, being invincible. I hope some kids around the world can see that they can do what they want and see themselves while doing it.”
She went on and further revealed that initially Ryan Reynolds asked Brianna if she is okay with the role and she immediately said yes. She also stated “I truly wish that fans will appreciate about it”.
