CZ12 is a Hong Kong Chinese action comedy film of 2012 which was produced, written, directed and starred by the famous superstar Jackie Chan. The movie is soon to open India-China film festival in India. The event will take place in Siri Fort Auditorium and will continue to function for three consecutive days, as per the recent news.

The event is purely to strengthen the cultural understanding between the different cultures of India and China. The festival is organised by the Directorate of Film Festivals, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. As the reports have revealed, the festival is going to be a cluster of both Chinese and Indian films including four from a Chinese background and three from Indian. The Indian films include Aamir Khan starrer movie Dangal which was successful to win hearts not only in India but China as well, Pratim D. Gupta directed Bengali film, Maacher Jhol and Priyanka Chopra produced Marathi movie Ventilator.

Seems like the festival is going to be a complete amalgamate of the different cultures.

On a related note, Chan was last seen in 2017's hit movie, Bleeding Steel and The Foreigner. Reports suggest that the Rush Hour actor will be next seen in Wish Dragon, Project X-traction and Rush Hour 4 in the coming year.

CZ12 begins by Jackie Chan telling the story of the Old Summer Palace and its looting and destruction by British and French soldiers in the Second Opium War. Among the treasures stolen are twelve bronze heads of the animals of the Chinese zodiac.
