Marvel Studios unveils a new footage from 'Captain Marvel': Check out below

One of the much anticipated project of Marvel Studios and the newest addition to the team of Avengers, Captain Marvel gathered a lot of attention soon after fans witnessed the post-credit scenes of Avengers Infinity War.

Based on the origin of Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel which is being played by Brie Larson will be set in the past during the 80s. Brie Larson starrer will release on 8th March 2019. And now when the fans are eagerly waiting for the superhero movie to hit the theatres, Marvel Studios planned to surprise the fans with an all-new footage from Captain Marvel.

The footage was revealed during the College Football National Championship game on ESPN by the makers. Watch the full video below:

The video begins with the lead character of Larson aka Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel who is seen entering a bar where a young Agent Nick Fury is waiting for making acquaintance with her.

The trailer also sheds light on the shape-shifting alien creatures, Skrull and how they are planning to take over planet Earth. The trailer also shows Carol training with Jude Law in the space. Even the previous trailers and teasers of the movie gave a brief insight to the movie and likewise, this footage revolves only around the main characters and plot.

On a related note, the upcoming superhero movie, Captain Marvel is based on a Marvel Comic character, Carol Danvers who is expected to join the team of Avengers in the fourth instalment of the Russo Brothers directorial. Directed by Anna Boden, the movie features Jude Law, Brie Larson and Samuel L Jackson in pivotal characters.
