The much-awaited season 8 of HBO series, Game of Thrones will be released in April, 2019. But there are reports that suggest that GoT makers will be treating the fans with a special episode remembering some of the most memorable characters of the TV show.
However, Jason Momoa will not be a part of the GoT reunion episode, confirmed the Aquaman actor. Recently, during a conversation with a leading media group, 39-year-old Australian actor confirmed the same.
When asked whether he will be a part of the 'special' episode or not, Jason said: "I don't think so". Momoa gained a lot of fame for playing the role of Dothraki leader, Khal Drogo in popular TV series, game of Thrones.
On the work related note, Jason is currently enjoying the success of his recently released DC superhero movie, Aquaman. Directed by James Wan, Aquaman tells the tale of origin of the seaborne superhero.
Earlier, Momoa revealed how he feel connected with the diversity of his on-screen character Aquaman. Talking about the same, Momoa said: "Like Arthur, I was a half-breed, split between Iowa and Hawaii, so I could definitely identify with that. And from the Philippines to Hawaii to Tahiti and Fiji, many islands have their celebrated water gods. That resonated with me instantly."
Momoa starrer will be released in the US on 21st December, 2018. The movie released in India on 14th December and has been getting positive reviews from the audience so far. Likewise, Momoa and Amber Heard starrer became an instant hit at the Chinese Box Office.
