3 simple ways to help you fight your worst hangovers

Feature

Long weekends generally result in boozy nights and mad hangovers next morning. It's an unpleasant feeling as you feel nauseous the entire day and you suffer from severe headaches as well.

Here are 3 different ways that will help you look awake in no time even after partying hard the whole last night.

Drink lots of water

Alcohol has properties that make your skin look dull and your body feels de-hydrated. If you've had a couple of hard drinks a night before, make sure you drink lots of water before sleeping and early morning after waking up as well. Also, have a high-protein breakfast and drink some fresh juices throughout the day.

Rub some ice

Take a fresh ice cube from your freezer and rub it all over your face in a circular motion to reduce puffiness from the face. Face tends to swell a little because of all the toxins from hard liquors, this trick will help you reduce that and make you look fresh. You can also pat some frozen camomile tea bags and watch your under-eye puffiness vanish within minutes.

Exfoliate thoroughly

After taking a long-relaxing bath make sure you exfoliate your face nicely with any face-scrub or else you can also dab some fresh milk with a cotton ball all over the face and let it dry for 15 minutes before washing. It exfoliates, deep-cleans and is the best natural face brightener.
