For maximum results, apply coconut milk to your scalp using a brush. Then cover your head with a towel and leave it on your head for at least 20 minutes. After 20 or more minutes, remove the towel and rinse with cold water. An individual who is dealing with hair fall must follow this procedure, once a week.

Aloe Vera

The miraculous herbal gel of Aloe Vera plant is bliss for skin and hair. Aloe Vera plays a crucial role in balancing the pH levels of the scalp and hair. It penetrates deep into the scalp and hair, thereby promoting hair growth. For maximum results, wash your head with a mild shampoo. After ensuring that your hairs are thoroughly clean, extract the pulp from the leaf of Aloe Vera plant. Apply the extract onto your scalp and on hair. After applying the pulp, massage it into your scalp in circular motions. Once you have massaged your scalp with the Aloe Vera extract then leave it on for about 20 minutes, and then rinse with cold water. In order to minimise hair fall, an individual must follow this procedure at least once a week.


As we all know, Neem has immense antibacterial properties. Neem extracts are also helpful in controlling dandruff hair fall. In order to apply right, start by hand-picking a few Neem leaves. You must boil the leaves in a pan of water. Once the mixture is properly boiled and reduced to three-fourth of the initial quantity, let it cool down to room temperature. Once the mixture is cooled down, you must rinse your hair with it. You must follow this procedure two times a month.


Rich in vitamin C, Amla is vital for the growth and strengthening of hair. For maximum results, boil the dried Amlas in coconut oil till the oil turns black. Then, wait for it to cool, and then massage your scalp with this oil. Leave it on for about 20 minutes, and then shampoo as usual. If following this procedure is not apt for you then you can consume this fruit for equivalent results. You must follow this procedure two times a month for maximum results.


Fenugreek or Methi enhances hair growth and helps in the rebuilding of the hair follicles. You can use Methi for treating hair fall. You can start by soaking 2 tablespoons of Fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Next day, grind the soaked seeds into a paste and add some water to it. Now, add 4 tablespoons of curd and an egg white to the mixture. Apply the obtained mixture to your hair and scalp. Once the mixture is thoroughly applied, you must leave it for 20 minutes and then wash it with water. You must follow this procedure two times a month.

Green Tea

Green tea is known to stimulate hair follicles and boost hair production. You can also use green tea for controlling hair loss by beginning with boiling two teabags of green tea in water. After boiling green tea, wait for it to cool down. Now, rinse your hair with the solution. For intensified results, use this solution as an after-shampoo conditioner.

Onion Juice

Just like Methi, Onion also has antibacterial properties that can eliminate the bacteria that can cause scalp infections. Hence, applying onion juice onto the scalp and hair will help you in eliminating the bacteria from your scalp. You can start by finely grating an onion and then extracting its juice. Once the juice is obtained, you must apply it directly on your scalp using a cotton ball. Once the onion juice is nicely applied on your scalp, you have to keep it for at least half an hour and then wash your head with a mild shampoo. For maximum results, you must follow this procedure at least twice a month.
