Drink the juice of green unripe papaya regularly for a few months to ensure regular periods as papaya is helpful in regulating menstrual flow. But don’t drink it when you are on your periods.

Ginger

Ginger is considered to be one of the best home remedies to regulate menstrual flow and ensure regular periods. In a glass of water, boil 1 tbsp of fresh ginger, add sugar to it if you feel like and drink it three times a day.

Turmeric

Turmeric is known to be one of the best-medicated herbs. It is warm and helps in regulating menstruation and balancing hormones. Turmeric has various anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties. These properties help in relieving menstrual pain. Consume 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric with milk, honey or jaggery.

Cumin

Soak 2 spoons of cumin seeds in water overnight and drink this water in the morning. Cumin is one of the best ways of regulating periods as it has various health benefits.

Cinnamon

Powered cinnamon is a blessing in order to provide warmth to the body. Drink one glass of warm milk with a teaspoon of powdered cinnamon in it. It helps in eradicating menstrual cramps as well as regulates regular periods.
