In India, 3 out of every 5 individual are considered obese. Obesity which is considered as the mother of all other diseases is so common that it is not even considered as a disease anymore. It is completely normal if every kid in your neighborhood has some extra kilos hanging around his body.

But people have started changing now. Even in India, people are getting more and more aware about their health and fitness these days. In order to live a happy life one has to opt for a healthy lifestyle and hence, people have started taking obesity pretty seriously now. It has been scientifically proven that losing weight around 0.45 kg-0.9 kg per week is a safe bet. But losing more than that can be considered as rapid weight loss which can have an impact on the health.

Sudden weight loss may also lead to developing a fatty lever. Not only alcohol contributes to a poor liver-health but inappropriate eating and sleeping pattern may also have a simi9lar effect.

Slow Metabolism

Excess of everything is harmful, so make sure that if you're on a crash-diet then you don't stress yourself by extra workout too. If you do so, you're body might feel tired and a sense of fatigue. 

Other consequences

In order to lose weight quickly, we tend to crash diet, and go an extra mile during our exercises but that's wrong. It may lead to hunger, fatigue, irritability, muscle cramps, dizziness, constipation or diarrhoea.
