Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0 is going strong at the Box Office. Directed by S. Shankar, 2.0 is a multilingual project which is being referred as the second biggest hit of 2018 as it is behind only from S.S. Rajamouli's Baahubali: The Conclusion.
Trade analyst Ramesh Bala informed through a tweet that 2.0 collected over Rs. 120 crore overseas while in India, it made over Rs. 360 crore. Also, the Hindi version of Rajnikanth starrer is goign strong at the Indian Box Office.
Renowned trade analyst Ramesh took it to his official Twitter account for posting about the same.

In another post, Ramesh revealed that 2.0 has surpassed Prabhas starrer Baahubali: The Conclusion's Indian Box Office collection. The sequal to 2010 blockbuster movie Robot, 2.0 is being referred as Rajinikanth's highest grossing movie ever.
On a related note, 2.0 was made with a budget of Rs 500 crore and it earned Rs 370 crore even before its release by selling its satellite rights. The movie revolves around the life of ornithologist Pakshirajan (Akshay Kumar) who blaims the race of humans for using cell phones for the depleting number of birds in the atmosphere. Dr Vaseegaran aka Rajinikanth tries to stop him from creating a havoc in the society.
