Christopher Nolan has said that he wants to watch more Indian cinematic wonders. He wishes to expand his knowledge about our cinema. Let us hear from the man himself.
"In fact that is one of the reasons why I am here in India, other than I believe in the cause (referring to saving celluloid film), is to meet more people from the Indian film industry and engage with the people from one of the greatest film culture of the world, to learn more about it," Nolan gushed.
He is one of the very few filmmakers of iconic movies which are beyond the vision of ordinary minds. His wonders 'Interstellar', 'Dunkirk', 'Inception' that were produced with the use of the most advanced technology. He feels that supporting the celluloid movie is an old conventional concept. He was asked about his calibre of blending the two aspects.
Nolan revealed: "Film is a media to tell a story so you can use whatever technology you want it for. It is really about encouraging new filmmakers on celluloid filmmaking, going to labs and making sure that those technicians are passing the knowledge to the future generation.
