Salman Khan might not have mentored Main Tera Hero star Varun Dhawan, but the two surely share a great bond and chemistry. Just last year when Varun Dhawan stepped into the shoes of Salman Khan, only to deliver the biggest hit of his career till now Judwaa 2, many felt that Varun is the right choice to play Bhaijaan Salman Khan, if a biopic is ever made on him.
Salman has returned to Mumbai on bail
During a media interaction, Varun was asked whether he was keen on playing the part, to which Varun said, "Salman is too young to make a biopic on." He added that he wants Salman to star in his own biopic.
Salman, who was convicted in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case and sentenced to 5 years of jail, recently returned to Mumbai on bail. And like Salman's other fans, Varun is ecstatic on his return.
"Everyone is relieved. I said this earlier in a tweet that he and his family really value, respect and believe in the Indian judiciary and they will go about it in the best legal way possible," said Varun. "But as someone, who has a personal relationship with him, I am very very happy that he's home. I went to meet him yesterday and it feels really good to see him."
On a related note, Salman Khan has half a dozen of films to do including Race 3, Dabangg 3, Partner 2. Varun, on the other hand, is awaiting the release of Shoojit Sircar's October.
