Hindi Medium did a business of 308.70 crore
Where Ajay Devgn starrer Golmaal Again which was also released last year did global business of 308.20 crore, Hindi Medium has grossed 308.70 crore in international business. One thing is for sure that Rohit Shetty's masala-movies are not as hit as a small-budgeted, well-written movie like Hindi Medium.
Directed by Saket Chaudhary, Hindi Medium is a story of an upper middle-class family and their struggles for getting their kid enrolled in a reputed educational institute. However, Rohit Shetty's Golmaal Again was Bollywood's first ever horror-comedy movies which also did wonders at the box-office.
