Janhvi Kapoor recites a self-written poem for her mother Sridevi at IFFI 2018


The father-daughter duo, Boney Kapoor and Janhvi Kapoor, graced the International Film Festival of India 2018 at Goa with their united presence. They remembered late actress Sridevi as IFFI decided to give a special tribute to her at this event. Sridevi's daughter Janhvi Kapoor who made her movie debut this year itself, recited an emotional self-written poem for her mom in presence of her father.

IFFI 2018 on its day 2 was full of memorable moments. During one of the panel discussions on Thursday, Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor and daughter Janhvi Kapoor uited at Goa for remember late legendary actor and their beloved family member, Sridevi.

Everybody knows Janhvi was really close to her mom and also her biggest fan. She recited a self-written poem for her late mother; it was an emotional moment indeed for her father also, who was present next to her on the stage. After ruling the Indian cinemas for four decades Sridevi, passed away earlier this year at the age of 55 due to an accidental drowning in Dubai.

On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor will next be seen in Karan Johar's directorioal project, Takht along with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Ranveer Singh and Anil Kapoor.
