Director Shekhar Kapur is one of the most prolific writer-director, not just in India but across the seas. After giving us heart wrenching movies like Masoom, Bandit Queen and Elizabeth, he is again in action with his next starring Kangana Ranaut.

After Shekhar Kapur's ambitious project 'Paani' got postponed, he started working on a new script keeping Kangana Ranaut in mind. The director revealed that the gorgeous lady will be wearing the skin of an 85-year old woman.
Talking about the project at the IFFI in a Masterclass moderated by actor Sushant Singh Rajput he said, "I am desperate to make another film in India. I want to come home and make a film. When I made Masoom, nobody was expecting anything from me. I wasn't expecting anything from myself. It is a terrible space for a filmmaker to be in".
The director also revealed that the movie will be similar to his cult classic Masoom but won't be a sequel to it. This won't be the first time that Kangana is stepping into the shoes of an older character. For her debut film as the director, Teju, Kangana will an 80-year-old wannabe witch. The film will be a comedy and showcase Kangana's journey to fulfil her dreams.
Having her hands full with the biggest projects in the industry, Kangana is enjoying her time to the fullest with her sister's baby boy.
