Padmavat star Deepika Padukone gets a wax-statue at Madame Tussauds!


Soon after beau Ranveer Singh, diva Deepika Padukone finally gets her wax statue at the Madame Tussauds Delhi and London. Team Tussauds and Deepika met in London, where experts took more than 200 specific measurements and photographs for creating a genuine likeness.

Actress Deepika said in a statement: “I am so delighted. The sitting with the team of experts was a special experience and I look forward to the incredible figure at the attraction.

As per the reports, the first figure of the Ram Leela actress will be revealed in London till early 2019 while the Delhi's museum will get the figure after a couple of months.

Anshul Jain, General Manager, and Director, Merlin Entertainments India Pvt. Ltd. said, "Deepika is an extremely talented actress that Bollywood has seen over the years. Her fan following is huge and is growing across the world. We are thrilled to announce her figure at the Delhi attraction. We are certain that our guests will love to see her figure."

Madame Tussauds Delhi museum currently holds the wax statue of numerous Indian and International celebrities including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Katrina Kaif, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan and others.
