Earlier, reports claimed that King Khan and Salman Khan will be once again sharing screen-space in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming. Although, none of the actors confirmed the same but their fans have already begun waiting for the upcoming project.
SRK and Anushka Sharma starrer Zero will be released on 21st December
We were pretty excited about the project on account of watching Karan-Arjun co-stars sharing the same screen once again. But Shah Rukh Khan has completely refuted these rumors. Badshah Khan told it to a Twitter page named Bauua Universe about the same. So, shared tweet from the account mentioned SRK saying that Sanjay Leela Bhansali is a great director and has lots of stories to tell.
The actor added that Sanjay loves both him and Salman and that the filmmaker tells him all his stories but hasn't made a mention of this one.
In a previous article, a source said: "Salman and Shah Rukh will be reuniting on screen for a two-hero film that will be directed by Bhansali. A family drama about friend-turned-foes, the film will be along the lines of the Dilip Kumar and Raj Kumar-starrer Saudagar (1991) and will see them share equal screen space. The superstars have always been keen on doing a movie together and Bhansali's film seemed to be the perfect opportunity. They have agreed to it in principle but Bhansali might take as long as nine months to complete the final draft. If everything goes according to plan, the project may roll mid-next year."
But soon after SRK's verdict on the same, it seems like that our dream of watching Shah Rukh and Salman Khan on the same screen will never come true.
On a related note, SRK is all set to release his upcoming romantic comedy drama movie, Zero which also stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in pivotal characters. SRK’s Zero will be released on 21 December 2018.
