The SpongeBob Movie postponed for 2020 release


The famous SpongeBob series, is gearing up for the release of their third installment SpongeBob SquarePants, but as per the production banner Paramount Pictures, the installment has been postponed to July 31, 2020

Earlier the film was slated to release in 2019

Announced in 2015 with Paul Tibbitt as the director, the animated project, now titled The SpongeBob Movie, will have voice cast including Tom Kenny, Clancy Brown, Rodger Bumpass, Bill Fagerbakke and Carolyn Lawrence. 


Paramount also announced on Tuesday that it has moved back Johnny Knoxville's theme park comedy Action Park from March 23 to May 11. 

Tim Kirkby directed the film, which has been made from a script by John Altschuler, Dave Krinsky and Knoxville, in which Knoxville and his friends have designed and will operate a theme park.
