Akshay Kumar, who is said to be the most intelligent brain in the movie industry, surely knows how to go to extra length for his work. His new look for Rajnikanth's upcoming venture 2.0 had us all in splits but it's nothing compared to the reaction he received from his six-year-old darling daughter, Nitara! According to reports, Kumar had to spend minimum four hours to get the prosthetic make-up on and then, another hour and a half to get if off!
"It was really a hard process for me to get the prosthetics done. Three people used to work on my body and I had to stay patient... that was tough. I would say that the whole process of prosthetics made me a much calmer and patient person. I am already a patient person, but this made me more subtle and mellow at that time," the actor said, who will be essaying the role of the antagonist for the first time.
"When I used to go back home, I knew that I have to do the same thing again tomorrow morning. The make-up was so hard and covered that it used to close all the pores of my body and during my entire six hours of working, my body sweat used to not come out. So in the end when they used to remove the prosthetic, I had the smell of sweat," he added.
Sharing how sweet Nitara reacted on seeing his transformation, Khilade revealed, "I clicked a lot of selfies with my family. My wife and daughter were there with me. my daughter was quite excited to see me in the look and she was not scared at all... because she saw that some people are putting something on her father's face. She was fine."
