Feature

After knowing that two legendary actors, Rishi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan will be reuniting on the silver screen, you can hope for everything amazing. Now the makers have greeted us with the trailer of the movie, and like I said, it is everything amazing. In this movie, we will be exploring a very different side of the two actors, thanks to Umesh Shukla

The film is slated to release on May 4, 2018

The unusual father-son story seems to be quirky and side-splitting comedy. “Meet Mr Won Chung…. from China,” says Amitabh in a distinctive Gujarati accent in the beginning of the 3 minute long clip.

Amitabh Bachchan will win your heart in the very first scene, where he goes on and on about this Chinese man holds the record for having lived the longest and how he wants to break it, and yes, he has ‘only’ 16 years more to go.

While Rishi plays the role of a 75-year-old man, his father Amitabh Bachchan is 102-year-old but still young at heart!

From Amitabh trying to send his son to old-age home to making Rishi write a love letter to his wife, this movie is surely going to be a light-hearted super comedy! However, in the latter part of the trailer, there comes an emotional scene where dishearted Rishi Kapoor walks to the church and recalls some life lessons given to him, by his father. Does this hint at the death of Bachchan’s character? Well, we have to watch the movie for that!

Based on a Gujarati play by Saumya Joshi of the same name, Umesh Shukla previously the Akshay Kumar starrer Oh My God!
