First Man Movie Review: Whiplash director & Ryan Gosling as Neil Armstrong are all set to step-foot on the MOON!

We all are familiar with the miraculous talent of Academy Award winning director Damien Chazelle, who has come up with yet another magnum-opus, 'First Man'. Based on a book with the same title, this movie features Ryan Gosling, Claire Foy, Kyle Chandler, Jason Clarke and Corey Stoll in pivotal characters.

Whiplash fame director Damien started the project in 2016, right when he was being praised for making a hit movie, La La Land. Finally, the much anticipated biopic of Neil Armstrong through Damien's lens, has hit the theaters. And it (First Man) is not the one that should be missed!

After making three critically acclaimed movies; La La Land, Guy And Madeline On A Park Bench & Whiplash, Damien has taken his obsession with passion and protagonists onto another level with the Ryan Gosling-starrer. If you are looking for a good reason to watch this movie then I might have to break it up to you that there are plenty of such reasons.

Besides the illustrious artistic work of Damien Chazelle, First Man is backed with the tremendous acting of Ryan Gosling who plays the role of Neil Armstrong and Crown actress Claire Foy as his wife. The movie takes you through the professional and personal life challenges faced by the first man to step foot on the Moon.

What appears to be a space-adventure, First Man spends majority of the screen-time on planet Earth while rigorously trying to achieve his goal. Directed by Chazelle, First Man is a completely goal-oriented story which is undoubtedly going to motivate you and your peers.

And Bam! Neil aka Ryan's rocket finally lands on the Moon, but his voyage is not yet complete. Trapped inside a space-shuttle, Neil Armstrong soon realizes that re-entering Earth's atmosphere is not going to be easy.

On his way back, things go upside-down and Neil's space-shuttle explodes before entering the atmosphere. This book-adaptation has the most dramatic sound effects and compelling visual effects. What started as an adventure-fantasy ends on a darker note and a lot of emotions.

As per the final verdict, we will like to award 8 out of 10 stars to the Damien Chazelle-movie. If you opt for watching this  movie then you will surely be charmed by everyone’s performance
